How do i change items in the rmb menu (vista)?

Is there a way to change items that pop up in the right mouse button menu when you click a folder or the likes? Things like antivirus programs etc. seem to add themselves automatically and i don't want those. Please help :)|||You can uninstall or disable certain aspects of the programs that you don't want to see when you right click.
