Is the symbol used to represent Chinese RMB the same as the Japanese Yen?

Is the symbol used to represent Chinese RMB the same as the Japanese Yen?|||According to what I have found on the web, each has it's own currency symbol.

The symbol for Chinese RMB is 鍏?and Japanese yen is 楼.

http://www.xe.com/symbols.php|||Yes, both symbols are the same.|||NO!

One has one bar, the other has two bars. I forgot which is which, but unreliable websites such as Wikipedia will tell you they're the same. RMB or Renminbi is the name of the currency. Yuan is the name of the unit.|||They look like the same but they're different.
