What's the difference between Tide China and normal Tide?

i live in beijing and when i go to the mart, there would be Tide (chinese version) and the normal Tide. however, the price difference between them are quite big. the chinese one costs 23 RMB (or around 3 dollars) and the normal one costs 100 RMB (around 15 dollars). they are both powder and weigh 3 kg. i still use the normal one but could someone tell me the difference between them?|||Wash yourselves clean!
