i am going from china to the philippines. i understand it may be easier to change extra rmb out of china.
so can some one confirm or deny manila money changers deal in chinese rmb notes.
thank you|||It's not easy to find a money changer exchanging RMB. Better exchange your RMB to HKD or USD first before flying to the Philippines. You can exchange HKD and USD in any of the SM Malls everywhere.
Some airports may change RMB but not everywhere including airports in the Philippines.
