Where in China can you exchange RMB for Taiwan Dollars?

I want to go back to Taiwan at the end of the summer, so where can I safely exchange my RMB into Taiwan dollars with a good exchange rate?

When I entered Hong Kong I didn't see an exchange counter that listed Taiwan dollars, and in the banks here I have not seen exchanges done in NTD when I have converted USD to RMB.

So where can it be done?

I am in Guangzhou area|||Major airports that currently fly excursions from the PRC to the ROC should have a For-Ex office. (OMG! They are flying across the Civil War's "No Man's Land"! How the h*ll did THAT happen, Mr. Abe Cool?)

You can also go to banks in HK to exchange currency.

I've seen Taiwanese exchanging NTD for RMB in banks here in Hualien. Surely there is reciprocity in this process somewhere in the PRC.

EDIT:

So far, a total of six Taiwanese banks have opened branches in China. First Commercial Bank, Cathay United Bank and Land Bank of Taiwan run footholds in Shanghai; Chang Hwa Commercial Bank owns a branch in Kunshan; Taiwan Cooperative Bank operates a branch in Suzhou; and Hua Nan Commercial has opened a branch in Shenzhen.

You need to convert your Chinese yuan into euros, yen, US$, or another major currency while in China. Assuming that the amount is small (under US$1,000) this should not be a problem. If the amount is larger, then you need to prove the origin of the funds. Once you get back to Taiwan, then you can convert the euros or whatever into NT$.
