What is the easiets way to tranfer funds from a chinese account(RMB) to a US account (USD)?

I'm going to be working in China adn will be making a lot more than I need to live in China, but I also need to pay student loans that I have. I will be located in Nanjing. I understand that outside of China there is no use for the RMB, but I know I can exchange it while in the Main Land. How do I get it out with out the major fees involved? I currently bank with US Bank. I looked into Paypal but they closed the the Chinese currency tab so I know that one won't work any more. Any thoughts from those that know or have experience? What banks with US connections are in Shanghai? I'm willing to do a trip every 2 weeks to bank.|||HSBC has locations in the United States and Shanghai.
