RMB may or may not be exchanged at the Manila airport. RMB could not be exchanged at any bank in the Philippines too. You can only exchange them at a very few money changers and hard to find them.
Before you leave China, better exchange your RMB to US dollar or Hong Kong dollar. These currencies can be exchanged anywhere in the Philippines. You can exchange these currencies at any bank, SM Malls, or any foreign exchange outlets.|||yes you can. but i suggest you only exchange a small amount. you will get better rates outside the airport at places in makati or even in ermita.
