Can I exchange Thai baht to RMB in Shanghai?

I need to carry Thai baht to Shanghai. And I don't have ATM card for Bank of America. Which bank accept THB in Shanghai?|||I would think that the banks in China would give you a better rate right rather than the banks or money changer in Thailand?. I really don't think its a problem to change money in China, just bring your passport, that's all they ask for.|||I would suggest to you to purchase RMB from Bangkok.

A friend changed THB from a Bangkok money changer 2 weeks back @ THB 4.40 to a RMB while the banks offered @ 3.80.|||the best place to go is Bank Of China, they will give you the best rate and not charge a comission fee, actually now tha tI think aobut it I think there is a Thai Bank located on the Bund|||I was recently in Shanghai and easily found many banks near my hotel that exchanged a variety of currencies for RMB. There is a little paperwork involved, but the exchange rate is officially set, so all banks offer the same rate of exchange.
