Will the British Pound (GBP) recover against the Chinese RMB in the next 12 months?
I have seen the Chinese RMB drop from 15 to 9.1 in the last 6 months, does any one have any confidence that it will recover or could GBP drop any lower?|||Probably not - Pound Sterling was hugely inflated because of foreign investment in the UK. This will die down and now that China owns a lot of foreign debt - it will probably not increase its holdings. It is a good bet to stay long RMB. GBP will not recover anytime soon|||Not likely to recover significantly, in the short term. Long term; unlikely to reach the levels of the past, as China will resume it's economic upsurge, when the economic crisis eases.|||no, no , no, just if GDP uk go back to 2 or 3 % per years.
